October
through May is
good month during which treks should be planned. Autumn is noted for blue sky
& clear view of mountains and is considered to be the best season for
trekking. Though January and February are cold at higher elevations, where there
is occasional snowfall. These months also offer excellent trekking for those who
are well equipped or who remain at lower elevations below 3000 m. April and May
are the months of expedition, the best time for climbing the high peaks.
Modern
medical facilities are not available in the remote places
of Nepal. It is therefore recommended to carry medical supplies needed for the
trek. For serious illness or injury, the patient should be evacuated as rapidly
as possible to Katmandu where there are good hospitals.

of peaks.
Prices
for inclusive trek range from about USD 23.00 to USD 45.00 per day per person
